02 Review the records and agree the inspection scope
Before the purchase decision, we help check equipment information and coordinate agreed checks. Depending on the machine, these may cover the nameplate and serial number, exterior condition, starting and operation, engine, hydraulics, main working mechanisms, tyres or tracks, and included accessories.
For used machinery, findings, information that could not be verified and questions needing further review should be reported before you decide. More detailed technical testing can be coordinated separately with specialists or a third-party inspection provider. An inspection has an agreed scope; it is not a guarantee of future performance.
03 Confirm the transaction and payment milestones
We help you and the supplier clarify the equipment being purchased, price, delivery terms and payment milestones. For used machines, the written record should identify the unit, known condition, agreed preparation or repair work, accessories and acceptance arrangements.
Payment arrangements are agreed around the transaction terms and delivery progress, so you can follow what is due and what still needs confirmation.
04 Coordinate inland transport and port delivery
We coordinate inland movement and port arrangements around the machine’s location, dimensions, weight and the receiving port’s requirements.
Where dismantling is needed for transport, agree its scope, the parts list, packaging and securing requirements in advance. Record which accessories belong to which machine to support handover and later reconciliation.
05 Coordinate export documents and vessel loading
Heavy equipment export services from China need a transport plan that fits the machine and the available route. We can liaise with relevant providers to assess roll-on/roll-off (RoRo), breakbulk, flat-rack or other suitable options, and follow up on export documents, port deadlines and loading arrangements.
Carrier acceptance, loading requirements and sailing schedules remain subject to the responsible providers’ final confirmation. The quotation should state whether destination customs clearance, taxes and local delivery are included.
